Pro S & Pro SS 2.0 models use mineral oil, while Pro SS 3.0 & Pro SR models use DOT 4 fluid according to E Ride Pro

What is the E Ride Pro SS? It’s a high-performance electric dirt bike designed for off-road riding. 
What makes it different from other e-bikes? It boasts a powerful motor (up to 12kW), extended battery life, and a durable build with advanced suspension. 
Can it be ridden on the street? While some models are street legal (like the L1e version), the standard E Ride Pro SS is primarily designed for off-road use. 
Is it good for beginners? It’s recommended for riders with some experience due to its power and potential for wheelies. Starting in eco mode is advised.

Warranty Coverage:

​E Ride Pro Inc. is pleased to offer a limited one-year warranty on all our motorcycles . This warranty is valid from the date of purchase by the original owner and is non-transferable. As of 5/27/2025 E Ride Pro has updated this policy to remove the limited miles on a warranty claim.

The warranty does notcover:
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or improper maintenance
Unauthorized repairs or modifications

​What is Covered:

​The Company will, at its discretion, repair or replace any components of the Product that are found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period. This includes but is not limited to the frame, motor, battery, and other major components. 

Exclusions:

Normal Wear and Tear: This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage resulting from accidents, misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.

​Batteries: The warranty for the battery is subject to a gradual capacity reduction, which is considered normal, and it is not covered unless the capacity drops below 70% of its original capacity within the warranty period.

Consumables: Items that are expected to wear out over time, such as tires, brake pads, and suspension components, are not covered under this warranty.

​Third-Party Accessories: Any third-party accessories/Aftermarket Parts or components not supplied by the Company are not covered by this warranty.

​How to Make a Warranty Claim:

​To make a warranty claim, the original owner must follow these steps:

​Contact us: If the Product was purchased through our website, we will guide you through the warranty claim process.

​Provide Documentation: You will be required to provide proof of purchase and any other documentation that may be requested to validate the warranty claim.

​Limitation of Liability:

​The Company’s liability under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts and components. The Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, loss of use of the Product, or any other expenses or losses incurred due to a warranty claim.
